Information for Parents

Parents are the cornerstone of every child's education. We need parents to be involved in the day-to-day operations of the schools. The school has several committees and booster organizations that are focused on making the school a highly productive, wonderful place to be.

At Bay Meadows, we strive to insure that all parents/students are well informed:

• Communication includes emails, phone calls, and newsletters.

• The OCPS Code of Student Conduct is available on our website.

• To access staff/faculty voice mail, dial (407) 876-7500 and enter the extension starting with 307.

• The Koala News is broadcast live each morning from the media center.

Parent Teacher Conferences

We encourage you to conference with your child’s teacher at least once during the school year. This will keep you informed about your child’s progress and enable you to be more closely involved in classroom activities.

Our teachers are involved in classroom planning before school begins and after students leave. If you need to see a teacher, please contact the teacher by leaving a voicemail message, click Faculty and Staff in the main menu at the top of the page. You may also contact them via e-mail.
